After almost 19 years of experience as a Real Estate professional include acquisitions, sales, foreclosures, development, and management, in 2007 I along with my husband and partner opened TRIPLE8 ASSOCIATES, Inc.
We are a Real Estate brokerage and property management firm that combines my years of experience and expertise in real estate and my husbands 18 plus years of technology and Internet marketing expertise, to create a different kind of real estate brokerage in direct response to today’s technology and Internet savvy consumer. As a team, we offer personalized customer service while transforming the real estate transaction into a streamlined technology based process, creating efficiencies saving the consumer time and money.
I hold both a Broker's license in Nevada and active sales license in California, as well as a B.A. in Marketing and  Communications. I am an active member of the Greater Las Vegas Realtors® Association, currently serving my fourth year on the Association's Education Committee and my first year on the GLVAR Grievance Committee in 2008. Additionally I have been selected as a member of the class of 2008 NVAR Leadership program sponsored by the Nevada State REALTORS® Association and currently serve on the Board for the local Las Vegas Chapter of CRS as the Chair of Membership.
I am a member of Woman’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR), The Las Vegas High Rise Condo Association (LVHCA), Risk Reduction Graduate Society (RRG), and Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) and, Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) I hold my ABR, CRS, GRI, and RRG designations.
I served the 2007 WCR board as Education Chair and was honored to be awarded the 2007 WCR Vanguard Award and in 2002 was awarded Elite Manager of the Year by E*TRADE Financial Services.
I have effectively worked with bank owned properties, selling, marketing, and purchasing since 1997. I professionally and promptly provide BPO’s. My network of T8A websites targets vertical markets, specifically providing exposure for REO properties in the Las Vegas area. Additionally, our marketing includes signage with call capture audio tours, showcased listings on Realtor.com and virtual tours. We have an extensive list of vendors in which we have established relationships and negotiated pricing for repairs and maintenance to ensure each property is in show condition.
I am uniquely qualified to work with banking institutions and market REO properties because of my diversified experience within the industry. In additional to residential and REO sales, I have experience as an Asset and Acquisitions Manager and Regional Property Manager. As such I specialized in multi-family residential housing, managing a portfolio of over 1000 units and valued today at over $150 million. Additionally, I have managed more than 120,000 square feet of commercial office space and a $1.7 million dollar tenant improvement project.
In the field of new development and construction, I served as project manager for a $13 million dollar, 236 unit condominium construction project. I also have extensive experience in construction litigation, working with corporate attorneys to chronicle and record evidence in defect litigation that ultimately resulted in a $12 million settlement. I have served as project manager in defect remediation, and building rehab-projects totaling over $42 million.
I am the author and creator of The High Rise Report™, an information-driven online report geared to the needs of REALTORS® interested in the Las Vegas high rise estate market. The report, an outgrowth of my website www.OliviaSellsVegas.com, merges my Real Estate expertise, instincts and extensive research, with my vision and excitement about the vertical growth of Las Vegas.
